Chief marketing officer, Ken Thewes belives the revamped program will be a hit with Regal’s loyalty customers. “We are giving the customers more choices and enabling them to earn rewards more quickly,” he said. “Historically, they have been able to get free popcorn or drinks, but now we are partnering with studios and have an online store that offers then tons of movie swag, posters, T-shirts and things that our customers want.”
All My Sons Knoxville movers have learned that Knoxville has been chosen as the opening market for the new Regal Crown Club program because this is where Regal Entertainment Group is headquartered.
The Regal Crown Club currently has 14 million members in its program and plans to increase that number through the new improvements being made.
