Knoxville Hosts AMBC Fall Festival

Knoxville movers report that on November 5-6, Knoxville will be hosting its 7th Annual AMBC Fall Festival. AMBC is the Appalachian Mountain Bike Club, a Knoxville based nonprofit chapter of the South East regional division of the International Mountain Bike Association. The goal of this group is to promote accessible trails for bikers and provide the biking community with the latest in news, events, guides, and links.

The festival will be held at Baker Creek Preserve, at 1516 Taylor Road, Knoxville, Tennessee. Visitors can enjoy biking events, beer, food, and live music all weekend long. Local breweries will be in attendance, serving up their unique creations. Some of the city’s favorite food vendors, such as Sweet P’s BBQ and Downtown Dive will also be there. Bell Bike Helmets, Harrison Construction Company, and Grayson Subaru will also be offering their services at the festival.

The AMBC Fall festival will have bike skill clinics, a bike raffle, demonstrations, short track races, silent auctions offering huge prizes, on-site camping, Saturday night dinner, and breakfast on Sunday. New and seasoned bikers can sharpen their skills and learn new techniques for conquering all types of terrain. The party will start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, with continuous bike rides for Knoxville residents of all ages to ride with their old friends and make some new ones. At noon, food and beer will be available to enjoy while the events carry into the night. Knoxville movers at All My Sons know that this is the perfect event for new residents to socialize and become familiar with the Knoxville community.
