Knoxville is packed with things to do year-round, but if you are moving to Knoxville this summer, you may be in the dark about some of the hottest summer events. In order to stay on top of your summer-fest game and not miss out on any of the epic events in town, Knoxville movers have a list of the July events that you can attend whenever you wish to take a break from unpacking.

  1. The Blue Plate Special – live radio performance show held by WDVX 89.9, at noon inside the Knoxville Visitor Center. The event is free to attend so you do not have to worry about emptying your pockets after moving.
  2. Shakespeare on the Square – for an entire month (July 17 through August 17), Shakespeare on the Square will be featuring two William Shakespeare plays, comedies, tragedies, and histories. This event rotates its feature and will take place outdoors in downtown Knoxville at Market Square. 3. Shadow Side Ghost Tour – If you and your family love a good haunt, the Shadow Side Ghost Tour takes place throughout the entire month of July and features hanged killers, the sites of tragic fires, corpses, cold-blooded murder sites, and much more.
